HYBRID TEACHER COMPETENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (HTC)COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR HYBRID VET TEACHER

The Hybrid Teacher Competence (HTC) questionnaire is used to diagnose eight competencies of vocational education teachers conducting hybrid education.

These competencies are:

  • adaptability,
  • creativity,collaboration, 
  • communication in hybrid education, 
  • digital literacy, 
  • managing the group process in hybrid education,
  • developing the hybrid development and learning process, 
  • and leading hybrid education.

After completing the test, the respondent receives a free, detailed report describing the level of competencies with tips to support their further development.  The questionnaire, thanks to the psychometric procedure used in its development, is content-relevant, reliable, standardized, objective and standardized.
